Executive Assistant to the CEO

Kallman Worldwide, a well-established leader in the international exhibition industry for over 60 years, is looking for a full-time Assistant to our CEO to provide a wide range of support services, both administrative and tactical. This position is ideal for an organized self-starter with keen business acumen who enjoys working in a fast-paced events environment. The ideal candidate has an interest in tradeshows and international business and will be a problem solver with good judgment and decisionmaking ability.

 

Executive Assistant Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Prepare correspondence and other written material on behalf of CEO from dictation, verbal direction, notes, etc.
  • Serve as a project manager for special projects at the request of the CEO. Conduct research and prepare write-up of findings as assigned.
  • Design and produce presentations, documents and reports per the direction of the CEO.
  • Arrange and handle all logistics for CEO’s meetings: schedule, create agendas, take and distribute notes, provide recap of action items, and follow up on accordingly.

 

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, with minimum 3 years of related experience performing executive level support
  • Proficient in Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Familiar with MS Teams & Sharepoint, Design Software (Publisher, Photoshop, etc) & CRM.
  • Strong attention to detail, while able to manage multiple projects & priorities
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Must possess a professional and confident demeanor
  • Must be able to travel internationally
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
