•   All Stand Construction must be completed by 01:00ps on Monday 12 October 2020, including removal of all stand material out of the halls and loading bays.
•    Stand Dressing and exhibit set up should be completed by 10:00pm on Monday 12 October 2020.
•    Any stands not completed by the above times will be subject to a late working fine.


Thursday, October 15th
4:30pm – 6:00pm Shell Scheme & Space Only Exhibitors
4:30pm – 10:00pm Contractors

Friday, October 16th
08:00am– 10:00pm Contractors

•    Exhibits cannot be removed or dismantled before the close of show, or until the halls are clear of ALL visitors.
•    Access for Space Only Contractors is approximate; they will be held at the marshalling gate until Venue rigging services, aisle carpet removal and empty boxes / crates have been delivered to stands.
•    Exhibitors are advised not to leave their stand unattended at any time during breakdown.
•    It is the Exhibitor's responsibility to remove all stand materials, carpet tape, packaging and waste from the halls. Please note that charges will be levied for the removal of any discarded items.
•    The Organisers and the Venue are not held responsible for any items left in the halls or loading bays overnight or beyond 02:00pm on Friday October 16  2020.

Parking Information

Open, secure parking for visitors and exhibitors is charged at a nominal fee per vehicle per day, and is secured by Seriti. Exhibitor parking is available in Open parking blocks A and B, this is free of charge with the exhibitors’ badge required to grant access.

Badge Information

No one will be permitted into the Exhibition hall during Build-Up, Open period or Breakdown without the appropriate pass. Contractors should refer to local Venue protocol for obtaining the relevant passes for entry. During the Open days, Contractor’s are also required to have a Show Day Contractor pass issued by the Organiser in order to access the halls. 
All Exhibitor and temporary stand staff badges must be pre-ordered supplying the full information; please submit your list via the Exhibitor Badge form on the Online Customer Centre.  
Badges will be available to pick up from 12:00pm on Sunday October 11 2020 from the entrance of hall 2.

The Customer Centre is the portal and home to the ‘Online Exhibitor Manual’. It has been created to simplify your exhibitors pre-event experience, assist with ordering services and providing important event information. Please take your time to read through all the information carefully.  We strongly suggest that you review your Online Exhibitor Manual on a regular basis for updates.

Please be aware: If forms are not completed by the deadlines specified surcharges may be applied and some services may no longer be available.

Most of the forms apply to ‘ALL stand types’ but some are specific to ‘Shell Scheme’ or ‘Space Only’. Please make sure to check the stand type on the form name before placing your order.

The Embassy of the Republic of South Africa is located at 3051 Massachusetts Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20008, telephone (202) 232-4400. Visit the Embassy of South Africa for the most current visa information.

Visas: Effectively immediately, all U.S. citizens are required to have a visa prior to entering South Africa. Visas will not be issued upon arrival. Please use either bold or red lettering.

Two Consecutive Blank Visa Pages: South Africa requires travelers to have two completely blank visa pages in their passports upon every arrival in South Africa. You will be denied entry and forced to return to your point of origin if you do not have two blank visa pages.

Canada Visa Requirements

Regular Canadian passport

Your passport must be valid for at least 30 days beyond the date you expect to leave South Africa. Your passport must contain at least 2 empty visa pages for the necessary South African Temporary Residence Permit. Without it, you will be denied entry into the country.

You may also be denied boarding at the point of departure if you don’t have enough blank pages for the visa. If you plan to visit neighbouring countries and return to South Africa, ensure that there are sufficient visa pages in your passport for those countries’ visas and those of South Africa.

Canadians do not need a tourist visa to enter South Africa. However, upon arrival, immigration officials will issue a temporary residents visa (TRV) for up to 90 days. Check the expiry date of your TRV to ensure you don’t overstay.

If you overstay without authority, you may be forced to pay a fine upon departure and/or can be refused entry for up to 5 years.

Serious offenders may be arrested before departure and detained until their court appearance. In such cases, visitors may face a very substantial fine and be deported at their own expense.

Tourist visa: Not required for stays up to 90 days
Business visa: Not required for stays up to 90 days
Student permit: Required
Employment permit: Required
