CORONAVIRUS UPDATE
July 8, 2020

As trade events are starting up again in Asia, the Middle East, and Europe, you should know that some of the most experienced organizations and individuals in our industry have already been working together to provide guidelines and recommend best practices for the safest possible events. Please review both the Kallman and the show organizer guidelines as they are very important to your travels.

 
 

We are following the coordinated advice of the WHO, CDC, local Ministries of Health and individual show organizers to implement best practices and precautions at all of our events. Please refer to these international authorities for further guidance:

Dismantle

Thursday, February 4th
5:30pm - 9:00pm  *Dismantling of Stands 
Exhibits cannot be removed or dismantled before 5:30pm, or once the halls are clear of ALL visitors. 
Anyone found dismantling or packing their stand before the show closes at 5:00pm, may incur a fine.

Friday, February 5th
12:01am - 1:00pm  * Dismantling of Stands and Clearing of Hall 
All stand fittings and waste materials must be cleared from the halls by 1:00pm.

 


Safety Clothing
High visibility clothing or vest, and steel toe footwear are required at all times during build-up and dismantle.

Kallman Worldwide does not provide safety clothing.

 

 


Parking Information

Car Parks 1A, 1B & 1C are free of charge and located off 312th Road, close to the Convention Gate / Novotel entrance.  There is additional parking near the Za’abeel Hall entrance.

There are two Multi-Story Car Parks which have a nominal parking fee per hour:  (1) behind Sheikh Rashid Hall Shiekh Maktoum Hall and (2) next to Sheikh Rashid Tower (close to Hall 1). Vehicles are not allowed to park overnight. Any vehicle left overnight will incur a penalty fee and DWTC reserves the right to remove all vehicles remaining in the car park after the permitted 24 hour period.

A parking token is issued on arrival and must be submitted for payment on departure. A lost parking token will be charged in addition to the respective hourly parking charges, and is not refundable.
 

If you would preffer free parking please see the attached Parking Diagram to view a map that indicates the location of free parking, paid parking and valet parking.

Each Badge should be entered with an individual email address, since all exhibitors will be emailed a bar code that they can scan onsite to receive their badges. We advise against using generic emails such at info@, sales@ etc. Please print this bar code to have onsite so you can collect your exhibitor badge.  Badges can be collected onsite on January 25th from 2:00pm onwards.

Please note that the organizers will be unable to pre-print your Exhibitor Badges if your submission is made after January 9th, resulting in an on-site printing charge of AED 10/- per badge.  We highly recommend that you submit the Exhibitor Badge form prior to the deadline to avoid any unnecessary inconvenience during the show.

As an exhibitor in the USA Partnership Pavilion, your company is entitled to a free listing on the USA Partnership Pavilion visitor zone webpage.

Submission of this form will signify how your company name will appear on both your fascia and counter that are included in your turnkey package. Failure to complete this form, and we will revert to the company name listed on your contract.

  2. Purchase a stand for your monitor. Table top and floor stands can be purchased through Smart AV.  A reinforced wall (for wall mounted monitors only) can be purchased on our US3 form. Please also include a layout of where you want the panel and monitor to be installed.
  3. Prepare your content in advance for presentations. Send the files directly to CharlotteT@smart-av.com so that they can ensure compatibility and expedite set up onsite.

Visa Requirements


U.S. citizens are subject to all UAE immigration laws. U.S. citizens should familiarize themselves with such laws before traveling to, or residing in, the UAE.

  • Passport Validity: A passport valid for at least six months beyond date of entry is required to enter the UAE.
  • Personal travel of 30 days or less: A U.S. citizen with a regular passport may obtain a no fee visitor visa upon arrival.
  • Stays longer than 30 days: All travelers must obtain a visa before arrival in the UAE. Visitors on a 30 day visa may request a visa extension, which is at the discretion of immigration officials. Anyone planning to work or study in the UAE must obtain the appropriate visa.
