The Customer Centre is the portal and home to the ‘Online Exhibitor Manual’. It has been created to simplify your exhibitors pre-event experience, assist with ordering services and providing important event information. Please take your time to read through all the information carefully.  We strongly suggest that you review your Online Exhibitor Manual on a regular basis for updates.


You will find a list of forms below that are available for Global Health Exhibition 2020, along with the deadline dates which are alongside each form. To complete these forms you must login to your Customer Centre Link. coming soon 

Please be aware: If forms are not completed by the deadlines specified surcharges may be applied and some services may no longer be available.

Most of the forms apply to ‘ALL stand types’ but some are specific to ‘Shell Scheme’ or ‘Space Only’. Please make sure to check the stand type on the form name before placing your order.

The Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) is a free service to allow U.S. citizens and nationals traveling abroad to enroll their trip with the nearest U.S. Embassy or Consulate. Read More

Registration of Canadians Abroad

Registration of Canadians Abroad is a free service that allows the Government of Canada to notify you in case of an emergency abroad or a personal emergency at home. The Canadian government encourages you to register whether you are planning a vacation or living abroad. Read More

By enrolling in Registration of Canadians Abroad, you will receive:

  • Important information before or during a natural disaster or civil unrest.
  • Instructions during emergencies.
  • Important changes or updates to the Travel Advice and Advisories for the country for which you registered.

Visa Requirements

Visit the Royal Thai Embassy website for the most current visa information.

  • U.S. citizen tourists entering Thailand for fewer than 30 days do not require a visa.
  • We strongly recommend that your passport be valid for at least six months beyond the date of your arrival in Thailand to avoid possible denied entry.
  • Thai immigration officials or airline staff may ask for your onward/return ticket.
  • Business travelers, U.S. government employees travelling on official business, teachers, retirees, and those planning to stay longer than 30 days should check with the Royal Thai Embassy about visa requirements.

Canada Visa Requirements

Canadian passport

Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the date you expect to leave from Thailand. Thai immigration is strict on the physical condition of the passport. If they find some defects such as an unclear bio page, a missing page or scribbles, they can consider the passport damaged and refuse entry to Thailand.

Visas

Tourist visa: Not required for stays of up to 30 days 
Business visa: Required 
Student visa: Required 
Working visa: Required

If you are travelling to Thailand for tourism with a regular Canadian passport, you can obtain a 30-day visa upon arrival. Immigration officials may ask you to show a return or onward ticket.

Canadians who have obtained a multiple entry tourist visa can stay for up to 60 days. The visa is valid for 6 months and must be obtained prior to travelling.
