Dear DSA Exhibitors:

DSA Exhibition and Conference Sdn Bhd has informed us that DSA / NATSEC 2020 has been postponed until August 24-27, 2020.  Please see their letter below regarding the rescheduled dates.  Obviously plans for the USA Partnership Pavilion for DSA 2020 were already in place for the April event, but with this postponement, we are looking ahead to August.

DSA is one of the top 3 defense exhibitions in the world, recognized by visitors and exhibitors alike.  We look forward to taking full advantage of its proven ability to draw ASEAN leaders when we assemble in Kuala Lumpur this summer.   We can identify with the challenges the postponement generates, but also know that one business trip to DSA will eliminate the need for dozens of similar trips around the region.

Safety Clothing
High visibility clothing or vest, are required at all times during build-up and dismantle.

Kallman Worldwide does not provide safety clothing.

 

 


Parking Information

Car parking bays are available within the Malaysia International Trade & Exhibition Centre but is limited.  Parking will also be available within a 5km radius of the Malaysia International Trade & Exhibition Centre. To access and park within the lower level of the venue will be a small fee. https://mitec.com.my/facilities/

 


Badge Information

Exhibitor badges must be ordered in advance of the show using Order Form 8.  Basic contact information including company name, individual names, and contact information is required.  Exhibitors' badges will be available at the DSA 2020 Exhibitor Services Counter at the Exhibition Hall during the build-up days.

Each exhibiting company will also receive 50 complimentary visitor tickets.  Distribution of visitor tickets is restricted to armed forces, police, law enforcement officials, customs, immigration and trade visitors only.

US1 - USA Partnership Pavilion Visitors Guide

As an exhibitor in the USA Partnership Pavilion, your company is entitled to a free listing in the USA Partnership Pavilion Visitors Guide and a digital profile in the Visitor Zone.

As part of the USA Partnership Pavilion, we ask as a courtesy that a drawing or plan of the proposed booth installation be submitted for review. We want to ensure its overall cohesiveness with our design as well as identify any conflicting items that will disturb neighboring companies.

Visa Requirements

To enter Malaysia:

  • Your passport must be valid for at least six months.
  • You do not need a visa if you are coming for business or tourism for 90 days or less.
  • Immigration officials will place an entry stamp, known as a social visit pass (visa), in your passport authorizing a stay of up to 90 days.  Travelers may apply to the Immigration Department for extensions of up to two months.
