CORONAVIRUS UPDATE-

As trade events are starting up again in Asia, the Middle East, and Europe, you should know that some of the most experienced organizations and individuals in our industry have already been working together to provide guidelines and recommend best practices for the safest possible events. Please review both the Kallman and the show organizer guidelines as they are very important to your travels.

Travel to Paris and COVID-19

  • Effective January 26, all airline passengers to the United States ages two years and older must provide a negative COVID-19 viral test taken within three calendar days of travel.

Returning to the USA and COVID-19 

  • To reduce introduction and spread of new variants of SARS-CoV-2, CDC issued an Order effective January 26, 2021. It requires all air passengers arriving to the US from a foreign country to get tested for COVID-19 infection no more than 3 days before their flight departs and to provide proof of the negative result or documentation of having recovered from COVID-19 to the airline before boarding the flight. For more information on this testing requirement, see the Frequently Asked Questions.​
  • COVID viral (PCR) testing is available at many laboratories and testing centers, usually by appointment.  Some pharmacies can do serologic tests. PCR tests generally cost between 70 and 100 euros, payable in advance.

Safety Clothing
High visibility clothing or vest, and steel toe footwear  are required at all times during build-up and dismantle.

Kallman Worldwide does not provide safety clothing.

 

 


Parking Information

Parking subscriptions can be taken out for a fee and can be reserved via your Exhibitor Area. During set-up and dismantling periods, you can buy car parking spaces at the Exhibitors Office, hall 5A. The Exhibitors’ car parks are open from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm every day throughout the event.

How do I access Handicapped Parking?
The Paris Nord Villepinte exhibition centre is equipped to accommodate disabled visitors:

  • The exhibition centre has lifts and access ramps at the entrance to every hall to enable disabled people to get around the show.
  • Priority spots for disabled taxis are provided between halls 5A and 6.

 


Badge Information

The exhibitor badge grants access to the Exhibition Centre during the build-up, show days, and dismantling periods. Exhibitors must declare and personalize their badges in the Exhibitor Area. All badge vouchers must be printed from your Exhibitor Area and presented onsite.

The number of exhibitor badges provided is calculated automatically according to the surface area of the stand.

Below you will find reference documents to assist you in preparing your graphic order. In order to provide you the best possible service, please pay close attention to formats, sizes, file types, and deadlines. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact your Kallman Worldwide Operations Specialist. Clearing up any confusion pre-show will avoid costly errors onsite. After the deadline we cannot guarantee that the artwork will be installed for opening day of the show.

Visa Requirements

United States

A valid passport is required for all U.S. citizens and foreign nationals entering France. Visitors must have their passport ready for presentation at the border. They must also have documentary evidence of the purpose of their visit, means of support for the duration of the stay and accommodation arrangements.

  • Passports must be valid for at least three months beyond your planned date of departure from France.
  • The Government of France does not recognize the 12-page U.S. emergency passport, issued by U.S. embassies and consulates overseas, as a valid travel document for visa-free travel, and, if traveling on this emergency passport, you may be refused boarding and/or entry by immigration officials.
  • You may enter France for up to 90 days for tourist and business purposes without a visa.
