CORONAVIRUS UPDATE

As trade events are starting up again in Asia, the Middle East, and Europe, you should know that some of the most experienced organizations and individuals in our industry have already been working together to provide guidelines and recommend best practices for the safest possible events. Please review both the Kallman and the show organizer guidelines as they are very important to your travels.

 
 

We are following the coordinated advice of the WHO, CDC, local Ministries of Health and individual show organizers to implement best practices and precautions at all of our events. Please refer to these international authorities for further guidance:

(24 hours basis from 5pm Wednesday- 6pm Friday)

For safety reasons and to respect the other exhibitors still working, we thank you to avoid dismantling your booth and to move out your heavy equipment before 7.00 pm. on 28 October 2020.

All main supplies to the booth will be switched off on 28 October 2020 at 5.00 pm.

 

Safety Clothing
Safety Boots are required at all times during build-up and dismantle. Vest, helmets, gloves, safety eyeglasses are only needed for work with special risk.

Kallman Worldwide does not provide safety clothing.

 

 


Parking Information

Car Parks at the Doha Exhibition & Convention Center is an automated paid parking on a 24/7 basis. However, the parking operation hours where the car park is attended by Car Park Operators is from 7:00am to 1:00am (next day).

Escalating hourly basis car parking fees is applicable as follows:

  • 1-2 Hours: QR 2 (approx. $.55)
  • 3-4 hours: QR 3 each additional hour  (approx. $.80)
  • 5+ hours: QR 5 each additional hour (approx. $1.37)
  • Maximum per day: QR 70 (approx. $20.00)
  • Lost Ticket: QR 70 (approx. $20.00)

Vehicles are not allowed to park overnight.  Qatari Riyals, British Pounds, Euro & U.S. Dollars are also accepted by the exit cashier.

As an exhibitor in the USA and Canada Partnership Pavilions, your company is entitled to a free listing in USA and Canada Partnership Pavilion Visitors Guide.

Submission of this form will signify how your company name will appear on both your fascia and counter that are included in your turnkey package. Failure to complete this form, and we will revert to the company name listed on your contract.
