CORONAVIRUS UPDATE- 
April 2021

As trade events are starting up again in Asia, the Middle East, and Europe, you should know that some of the most experienced organizations and individuals in our industry have already been working together to provide guidelines and recommend best practices for the safest possible events. Please review both the Kallman and the show organizer guidelines as they are very important to your travels.

We are following the coordinated advice of the WHO, CDC, local Ministries of Health and individual show organizers to implement best practices and precautions at all of our events. Please refer to these international authorities for further guidance:

Travel to Poland and COVID-19

  • Effective January 26, all airline passengers to the United States ages two years and older must provide a negative COVID-19 viral test taken within three calendar days of travel

Accessing Targi Keilce

  • Guests awaiting the entry in order to participate in events held in Targi Kielce premises are obliged to use safe queue areas - the entry zone is marked with lines and stickers with traffic directions. Thus the distance between people of 1,5 metres minimum is maintained. 
  • A contactless form of admission documents verification is used in the people and car entry-areas
  • The people counting system is in use on the premises. The system has been introduced in order to make is possible to verify the actual number of people who are at the facility at the same time.
  • In the entry areas people are screened whether they wear a face mask (a shield or other face covering cloth / material) (verification carried out by the Targi Kielce security staff).
  • Contactless body temperature measurement is carried out in the entry zone.
  • Closed, isolated and properly disinfected rooms have been prepared - these rooms (isolation rooms) are to be used by people who demonstrate infection symptom

Returning to the USA and COVID-19 

  • All air passengers coming to the United States, including U.S. citizens and fully vaccinated peopleare required to have a negative COVID-19 test result no more than 3 days before travel or documentation of recovery  from COVID-19 in the past 3 months  before they board a flight to the United States.
  • Private COVID-19 testing is available at laboratories and medical facilities throughout Poland.  Results are available within 72 hours, and the average cost of a PCR test is approximately $120 USD.  For drive-through testing center options, you can buy tests online at this website and take the code you receive to the testing center you have selected. This website offers an in-home testing option in Krakow.   
  • Rapid tests are available at several airports in Poland for passengers who are traveling to or transiting countries that require a test result within four hours of flight departure. Safety Clothing


High visibility clothing or vest, helmet and covered footwear are not required for the build-up and dismantle period. However, we do recommend taking precaution while onsite during build-up and dismantle with proper attire.


Parking Information

Car Parks are located throughout the surrounding venue areas. Click here to view venue map of the parking areas. Each exhibiting company including co-exhibitors receive one car park card free of charge. Extra cards may be purchased on number 17, Form 4a.

Exhibitor is entitled to receive Exhibitor identification cards based on the size of the rented area:

There is a new procedure regarding the organizer Targi Kielce order form submissions.   All forms must be submitted to Courtney Serpico, CourtneyS@kallman.com.  When completing any of the forms, save the document to include your company name and order form number.   If any of the forms require a fee, the organizers, Targi Kielce S.A. will send you the invoice and bank details to submit your payment.

Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP)

The Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) is a free service to allow U.S. citizens and nationals traveling abroad to enroll their trip with the nearest U.S. Embassy or Consulate. Read More

By enrolling in STEP, you will:

  • Receive important information from the Embassy about safety conditions in your destination country, helping you make informed decisions about your travel plans.
  • Help the U.S. Embassy contact you in an emergency, whether natural disaster, civil unrest, or family emergency.
  • Help family and friends get in touch with you in an emergency.

 

Visa Requirements

Poland is a party to the Schengen Agreement. This means that U.S. citizens may enter Poland for up to 90 days for tourist or business purposes without a visa. Your passport should be valid for at least three months for the period of stay. You need sufficient funds and a return airline ticket.

  • U.S. Passports must have at least three months remaining validity beyond your date of planned departure from the Poland.  If you travel to and from Poland to other Schengen countries you should have at least six months remaining validity on you U.S. passport beyond departure from the Schengen area. Air travelers to Poland may be denied boarding if their passports lack this remaining validity.
  • Polish citizens (including U.S.-Polish dual nationals or those with claims to Polish citizenship) must enter and depart Poland using a Polish passport.
  • You need a visa for stays longer than 90 days or to work or study in Poland.
  • Non-EU visitors must obtain a stamp in their passport upon initial entry into a Schengen country in order to depart the Schengen area without difficulty.
