It wasn’t just the big things that got my attention
I joined the company eight years ago after more than 25 in the electronics industry. I must say Kallman is the most unique company I’ve worked for. It is a small company with big ideas, and every employee plays an important role, in the office and on the road.
I first saw our USA Partnership Pavilion in action at the Paris Air Show in 2017. As the head of our finance team, it was a real eye-opener for me to see first-hand how valuable our services are to our exhibiting companies, large and small. With Kallman taking care of the event details, our exhibitors could do what they do best, display and promote their products and services.
Carol's experience at the 2017 Paris Air Show included supporting Pavilion STEM Ambassador, Apollo 15 Command Module Pilot Al Worden
And it wasn’t just the big things that got my attention. I saw how much the small things we did mattered, like helping someone find another exhibitor’s booth, booking a conference room, or that morning cup of coffee & snacks in the Meeting Point. Our personal touch made them smile.
When I read news about an overseas contract being signed with one of our exhibitors, I get a good feeling knowing that our company helped make it happen.
