Two-Part Inaugural Trade Event
Part 1 is the group presentation and Q&A session where leading French, Irish, and UK distributors will present an overview of the industry, their operation, and the procurement processes for their respective countries. Part 2 will provide participating companies with an opportunity to take part in private, pre-arranged 1:1 meetings with members of the business development and executive teams of these distributors who are looking to bring on new products and brands.

Partnering with in-country distributors is an essential part of entering the European defense & security market. Many governments in Europe only allow in-country distributors to participate in the tender and procurement process for their military, homeland security, and policing bodies. According to Jane’s Defense, European defense spending will surpass US $300 billion next year. If you are looking to enter or expand your presence in France, Ireland, and/or the UK, you can not afford to pass up this opportunity.
Step-by-step Session Format
The overall program is composed of five component segments that take place over the course of up to three weeks.
1- Upon registration and acceptance into the program all participants will be sent a short form to provide company description, contact details, products and services, social media handles, and logo/video upload portals.
2- You will be provided briefing materials to assure a common foundation and up-to-date summary of the program.
3- In advance of the live interactive online event each participating U.S. company’s profile including product information, web links and video messaging (if provided) will be circulated to the panel of foreign presenters/participants.
4- Group Session(s): Presentations by vetted foreign distributors who have expressed interest in adding more U.S. products to their portfolios. Each presentation culminates in Q&A opportunities for the delegates.
5- 1-on-1 Meetings: With the information provided by each U.S. delegate, we request that our foreign distributors with relevant interest and management responsibility meet with the U.S. delegates one-on-one. Depending on availability, the meetings will take place in the morning of Day 2 and/or Day 3. If required, the meetings may be scheduled for a later, mutually-agreed, time and date.
