Data Entry Clerk

Kallman Worldwide, a well-established leader in the international exhibition industry, is looking for a
full-time Data Entry Clerk at our Waldwick, NJ office. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented candidate
who is experienced in data entry in a fully integrated database. The right candidate must have an
eye for accuracy, be proficient with spreadsheets and generating reports, and be an effective
communicator

Data Entry Clerk responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Contract Processing: review sales contracts for accuracy and complete initial contract setup in database.
  • Work with Sales and Finance team to ensure accuracy of sales contract data to be entered in database.
  • Maintain/update sales contract payment plans in database for payment term options given to customers.
  • Maintain resource item list in database in accordance with sales and finance requirements.
  • Events: create events in database; update events in other spreadsheets and Office 365 programs
  • Input sales goals into database.
  • Maintain information in database: merge customer accounts, update customer status, research bounced emails, make corrections to accounts, merge duplicates, etc.
  • Establish routine of running reports to ensure account, contact, and service order details are accurate; make additions and corrections as needed.
  • Run the Sourcehere weekly report.
  • Support Database Administration Manager with data maintenance, running reports, etc.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Proficient in Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Experience in data analysis.
  • Familiar with ERP system data entry screens; experience in Ungerboeck (event management
    software) a plus
  • Effective communicator and collaborative team player
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
