OFFICIAL USA PARTNERSHIP PAVILION OPENING CEREMONY
MONDAY, JANUARY 27, 2020
The USA Partnership Pavilion Opening Ceremony is the perfect option for those seeking to share the spotlight with high-ranking foreign and domestic government officials.
The ceremony will take place at the crossroads of the USA Partnership Pavilion on the opening day of the show. It will be followed by a VIP tour of the USA Partnership Pavilion. The ceremony itself will consist of brief remarks by top U.S. government representatives (who will recognize the sponsor(s) of
the ceremony) and Pavilion organizer, followed by the cutting of the ceremonial ribbon to open the USA Partnership Pavilion for business.

USA EXECUTIVE LOUNGE (HATTA C&D)
In addition to the USA Partnership Pavilion Meeting Point, the USA Executive Lounge will be open and available only to USA Partnership Pavilion Exhibitors and their invited guests for the 4 days of the show. There is a large boardroom with projector available for presentations (by appointment), lounge-style seating, meeting tables and chairs, and beverages. This area is equipped with WiFi.

CARPET STARS
The USA Partnership Pavilion contains hundreds of square meters of special aisle carpeting. Within these branded aisles are a number of high-traffic intersections where Kallman Worldwide will display the sponsoring company’s logo and booth number in the center of a large carpet decal.

LANYARDS
The lanyard sponsor will have their company logo printed on up to 500 lanyards worn by all the USA Partnership Pavilion exhibitors. Every USA Partnership Pavilion company must wear a specific lanyard to gain access to our common areas.

HAND SANITIZER STATIONS
Arab Health is all about making connections and shaking hands. Visitors to the USA Partnership Pavilion will appreciate access to antibacterial hand sanitizer. Sponsor recognition signage will be placed directly adjacent to stations.

The tote bag sponsor will have their company logo on up to 500 tote bags produced and distributed by Kallman Worldwide during this event to exhibitors and visitors that come through the USA Partnership Pavilion.

GUIDE ADS
The USA Partnership Pavilion publishes a digital and print version of the USA Partnership Pavilion Visitors’ Guide. At the show, we distribute thousands of print copies to Pavilion visitors.
