CORONAVIRUS UPDATE- November, 2021

As trade events are starting up again in Asia, the Middle East, and Europe, you should know that some of the most experienced organizations and individuals in our industry have already been working together to provide guidelines and recommend best practices for the safest possible events. Please review both the Kallman and the show organizer guidelines as they are very important to your travels.

We are following the coordinated advice of the WHO, CDC, local Ministries of Health and individual show organizers to implement best practices and precautions at all of our events. Please refer to these international authorities for further guidance:

Experia Events, the organizers for the Singapore Airshow 2022, will facilitate each and everyone’s travel to Singapore. Click here for the Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) and SafeTravel Lane (SSL) for Foreign Attendees to view the process and instructions. Returning to the USA and COVID-19

To reduce introduction and spread of new variants of SARS-CoV-2, CDC issued an Order effective December 2, 2021. It requires all air passengers arriving to the US from a foreign country to get tested for COVID-19 infection no more than 1 day before their flight departs and to provide proof of the negative result or documentation of having recovered from COVID-19 to the airline before boarding the flight. Build-Up and Dismantle

9:00am - 6:00pm  *Access to Space Only Contractors
*All major constructions for in-hall and chalets must be completed by Saturday, February 12th.

9:00am - 6:00pm  *Access to ALL Exhibitors

* All stand construction, stand dressing and exhibit set up must be completed by 12:00pm on Sunday, February 13th.
* No freight will be delivered.
**Media conference 10:00am – 12:00 noon

*Light stand decorating permitted.
*No freight will be delivered.

 
Monday, February 14th

* Weaponry and ordnance inspection by Arms and Explosives will be on site and one representative must be at stand for inspection.
* Security Sweep will take place starting at approximately 12:00pm and exhibitors will be required to handover keys to locked rooms and/or furniture. 

 

Dismantle 

Friday, February 18th
5:00pm - 7:00pm  *Dismantling of Stands 
*Exhibits cannot be removed or dismantled before 5:00pm, or once the halls are clear of ALL visitors.  ALL electricity will be turned off at 5:30pm - have all devices shut down.
**7:00pm onwards - Packing crates/materials will be delivered to stands whom engaged the service of the official freight forwarder and will be ready for exhibitors’ packing the next day, i.e. Sat, 19 Feb at 9am.

Saturday, February 19th - Sunday, February 20th
9:00am - 6:00pm  *Dismantling of Stands and Clearing of Hall 
* All stand fittings and waste materials must be cleared from the halls by 6:00pm on Sunday, February 20th.
 


Safety Clothing

High visibility vest, helmet*, safety harness and covered footwear are required at all times during build-up and dismantle.
* Helmets are only required if you are working on scaffolds or trusses.

  

We do recommend taking precaution while onsite during build-up and dismantle with proper attire.

Raw space stand contractors will have to prepare high visibility vests for their respective exhibitors. High visibility vests can also be purchased on-site at the Event Service Centre and Registration Gateway at S$12 per vest.

 


Parking Information

To order parking passes, complete Order Form G5 through the online Exhibitor Portal by January 25, 2022.

The parking labels can be picked up at the Registration Gateway or Event Service Centre from Saturday, January 27, 2022 from 9:00am to 6:00pm.

Badge Information

The exhibitor badge grants access to the Exhibition Centre during the build-up, show days, and dismantling periods. Exhibitors must declare and personalize their badges in the Online Exhibitor eManual.

  • The number of badges provided is calculated automatically according to the surface area of the stand.
  • Exhibitor with 9 square meters of space will receive three (3) badges.
    • Ten square meters to 25 square meters receive five (5) badges.
  • Over 25 square meters, exhibitors will receive one (1) badge every subsequent 5 meters
  • Maximum number of badges is 50
  • A color photo is required greater than 50KB in a .jpg or .gif format against a plain, preferably white background, 45mm (H) x 35mm (W), must show the applicant’s full face and taken within the last 1 year.

The USA Aerospace & Defense SHOWCASE is an online platform designed to keep the Aerospace & Defense community connected and engaged before, during, after and in between in-person trade events.  The platform and your online Exhibit Booth on it are designed to introduce your company, products and your unique selling points to buyers and stakeholders.  Your booth will go live on Showcase as soon as we receive your completed Showcase Exhibit Form and will stay active until 4 weeks after the show.  We encourage you to complete the form as soon as possible to maximize your exposure!  The Singapore Airshow USA Pavilion and Exhibitors will be promoted via this platform to the Singapore Airshow registered visitor list, the Singapore aerospace market at large and U.S. government dignitaries, giving you prime matchmaking and networking opportunities.

We offer a variety of graphic options to enhance your booth including posters, full panels, and full wall graphics. Below you will find reference documents to assist you in preparing your graphic order. In order to provide you the best possible service, please pay close attention to formats, sizes, file types, and deadlines. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact your Kallman Worldwide Operations Specialist. Clearing up any confusion pre-show will avoid costly errors onsite. After the deadline we cannot guarantee that the artwork will be installed for opening day of the show.

Visa Requirements

To enter Singapore, you need a passport that is valid for at least six months beyond the date of your intended stay. If you plan on regional travel beyond Singapore, make sure that your passport is valid for at least six months beyond the date you plan to enter other countries in the region. You do not need a visa for tourist or business visits up to 90 days..
