Gastech 2019 Frequently Asked Questions
All exhibiting stand personnel are required to display an exhibitor badge at all times during the build-up, show open days and breakdown. You can order your exhibitor badges via our online registration system which will be available in May 2019. Once you have registered your stand personnel, an e-badge will be issued to every individual.
Stand personnel are required to present their e-badge confirmation at the self-service terminals at the main Gastech registration on arrival, to collect their badge. There is currently no limit on the amount of exhibitor badges you can have. All exhibitors must display their badges to access the halls during build-up and breakdown.
Where Can I Get the Metro Rail?
You will take the Red Line to the “Stadium Park/Astrodom” stop. Metro Rail Map
There is also a RideMETRO App. This can help with directions and you can also purchase your Metro Tickets through the app. Download the app through the link.
Where are the Car Parks?
The parking fee at NRG Park is $12 USD per entry. Please note it is CASH ONLY for payment.

What is the Shell scheme package?
The package includes carpet, three arm lights, and a 3m x 24cm fascia with your company name.

What badges can I use during Build-Up and Dismantle?
During build-Up contractor wristbands will be needed. From the afternoon of Sunday September 15th on exhibitors badges will be allowed access to the show floor.
Can we park at the site during build-up?
Parking will be allowed in the orange and red lots during both build-up and show days. Please note it is CASH ONLY for payment.

Is there a safety dress code during build-up?
Yes! You must wear safety vest, steel toe boots and hard hat.
Will there be food available onsite during Build-Up and Dismantle?
Starbucks will be open during build-up.

What are the panel and fascia dimensions for turnkey booths?
Panel dimension is 1m width x 2.45m height.
Fascia dimension is 3m width x 24cm height.
Is there a dress code for show days?
Business Professional.
When and where can I pick up my Official Catalogue?
The Show Guide will be available during the show days. The location is TBD by the organizers and venue.
Where can I find the Organizer’s Office?
It is not confirmed but the office is expected to be in the 100 rooms area.
How can I book a conference room?
Meeting rooms are located on the show floor near the delegate lunch. Each room will be furnished with 1 table, 8 (18sqm) or 19 (36sqm) chairs, and built-in wall socket. To get pricing and book a meeting room contact charliecracknell@dmgevents.com.

There are multiple dinning options onsite. There are 5 permanent concession through out the venue.

Which security measures are in place?
Gastech security will operate within the Exhibition Halls and conference areas throughout the tenancy. While every reasonable precaution is taken during the event to ensure the premises are adequately patrolled, the organizers expressly disclaim responsibility for any loss or damage to property of any exhibitor from any cause. In the event of loss or damage, exhibitors should report immediately to the Organizer Office with details of the loss or damage sustained timings and description of articles etc.
